## Opis stanowiska

Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and business roles  Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies  Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process  Cooperate with external partners such as agencies and job boards  Monitor recruitment data, KPIs, and identify improvement opportunities  Support and optimize ATS usage and recruitment processes  Participate in international recruitment and employer branding initiatives  Represent Aperam during recruitment events and employer branding activities  Support selected HR projects within the international HR team

## Kogo szukamy

Previous hands-on recruitment experience (preferably in technical, industrial, or international environments)  Able to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously  Strong organizational and communication skills  Proactive mindset and ownership approach  Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change  Analytical mindset and attention to detail  Fluent English (French or Dutch is a plus)
