Requirements:   Very good knowledge of SQL  Knowledge of operation and handling of the TMS system  Knowledge of MS Office suite  Knowledge of IT tools, hardware and technologies  Knowledge of English at a level enabling work with technical documentation and communication in speech and writing (min. Responsibilities:   Ensuring optimal operation of the TMS SPEED system  Monitoring and ensuring optimal performance of the TMS SPEED system  Testing and implementing new solutions in the TMS system  Participating in project teams requiring collaboration of various organizational units  Maintaining up-to-date technical documentation  Analyzing user-reported issues related to using TMS systems  Providing end-user support as the first point of contact (answering questions, resolving issues)  Identifying problems and maintaining operation of IT systems   We offer:   Attractive salary  Wide package of non-salary benefits  Training  Real opportunities for professional development
