## Opis stanowiska

We are currently looking for a Growth Manager who will be responsible for driving business growth initiatives, identifying new market opportunities, and supporting the development of strategic partnerships within the iGaming sector.  In this role, you will work closely with commercial, product, marketing, and analytics teams to optimize growth strategies, improve business performance, and identify new revenue streams. The position requires a commercially oriented and analytical professional who understands digital products, user behavior, and market trends in a fast-paced environment.

## Kogo szukamy

Experience in growth, business development, account management, or commercial roles  Previous experience in iGaming, betting, gaming, or digital industries will be a strong advantage  Strong analytical and business-oriented mindset  Able to identify growth opportunities and build business strategies  Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills  Experience working with KPIs, performance metrics, and business analysis  Proactive and independent approach to work  Very good command of English
