## Opis stanowiska

Serve as a trusted subject matter expert within Banking, specifically Wholesale Lending for planning and analysis of project deliverables and processes.  Utilize knowledge in Accounting/Financial Reporting, Regulatory Reporting (e.g. Capital, Liquidity, etc.), Trade Lifecycle, Credit Agreements & Facility.  Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, facilitating seamless execution through effective meetings and communication.  Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, proposing innovative solutions and ensuring timely delivery of complex data projects.  Champion data quality, lineage, and governance frameworks, independently conducting analyses to develop robust business requirements, manage data issues, and define data quality rules.  Analyze banking and financial data (deposits, credit/debit cards, payments, etc). Write complex SQL queries, profile data, and support data modeling. Collaborate with SMEs, Data Architects, Product Owners, and technical teams to deliver data-driven solutions.

## Kogo szukamy

4+ years relevant experience in a Data Governance, Data Management or related area.  Strong project management skills.  Optimizes work processes by knowing the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement.  Ability to anticipate and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders, while monitoring tight deadlines or unexpected requirement changes.  Ability to communicate effectively.  Proficient in the use of basic Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
