Organic Social Media Strategy: Experience in creating and leading organic social media strategies, ability to identify trends and high-performing content formats, strong understanding of virality and engagement mechanics  Creative Briefing & Feedback: Experience in briefing creative teams (copywriters, designers), ability to provide clear, actionable feedback, ensuring consistency between content and overall strategy  Client Collaboration: Willingness to join client meetings when needed, strong understanding of brand positioning and target audience  Research & Content Translation: Strong research skills within the supplements / health space, ability to translate complex or technical topics into engaging, easy-to-digest content  Fluency in Polish and a very good command of English
