We are seeking a Head of Sales to shape and drive the Next Chapter of our expansion. You'll co-design and execute our ambitious 3-5 year growth strategy, focusing on acquiring new clients and expanding our existing customer base across EU markets while leading our evolving Sales and Business Development teams.   Personally drive revenue growth through direct client engagement and strategic sales activities  Develop and execute comprehensive sales and business development strategies  Set individual client strategies and tailored approaches for key accounts  Identify new market opportunities and expand existing client relationships  Partner with Delivery and HR teams to ensure commercial contract success  Collaborate with delivery and marketing teams on integrated sales initiatives  Coach, mentor, and grow high-performing sales professionals  Lead and expand our Sales and Account Management team across multiple geographies
