## Opis stanowiska

Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Administrators, ensuring consistent service quality, engagement, and clear accountability  Own and oversee HR administrative processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, confidentiality, and compliance with local regulations  Act as a subject-matter expert for Polish HR administration, monitoring legislative changes and translating them into operational impact  Partner closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution  Review, maintain, and enhance HR policies, procedures, and process documentation  Identify opportunities for operational improvements and independently drive process enhancements and standardization  Coordinate the flow of critical HR information to stakeholders, vendors, and external partners, ensuring appropriate follow-up  Manage complex employee inquiries related to HR administration and employment lifecycle processes  Prepare standard and ad-hoc HR reports, providing insights and ensuring data quality

## Kogo szukamy

8+ years of experience in Polish HR Operations, including at least 2 years in a people-management role  Strong practical knowledge of Polish Labor Code, HR administration, and operational controls  Experience working with outsourced providers and managing service quality  Solid understanding of social security (ZUS) obligations and working time regulations  Good command of English, sufficient for daily business communication  Very strong Excel skills (including pivot tables, lookups, and advanced functions)  High attention to detail combined with the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment  Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality  A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
