## Opis stanowiska

Create and implement SEO strategies for international markets: PL, LV, CZ, ES, MX  Conduct keyword analysis, competitor analysis, and search intent mapping  Regularly audit SEO (technical and content) and recommend/implement optimizations  Optimize Core Web Vitals, page structure, indexing, and crawlability  Plan and execute link building activities  Collaborate with the content team on creating and optimizing content (SEO + AI search)  Create content strategies tailored to local markets and languages  Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to scale SEO efforts  Monitor AI trends in search engines (GEO, AI Overviews, SGE) and implement new solutions  Report on SEO results (GA4, GSC, Looker Studio) and present insights  Collaborate with Performance Marketing on integrating SEO and Paid  Track algorithm changes and continuously adjust strategies

## Kogo szukamy

Min. 3 years of experience in SEO (technical + content)  Knowledge of the financial industry - MUST HAVE!  Experience working on multiple markets and in an international environment  Strong knowledge of tools: Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs / SEMrush, Screaming Frog  Advanced technical SEO knowledge (Core Web Vitals, architecture, schema, crawl budget)  Practical experience with AI-based SEO (GEO, AI search, prompt engineering)  Able to draw insights and translate data into business actions  Proactivity, self-reliance, and ownership  Good knowledge of English (working in an international environment)
