## Opis stanowiska

Own selected product areas from discovery to delivery and ongoing optimization  Define product vision, roadmap, priorities and success metrics  Gather and analyze customer feedback, usage trends and market insights  Identify product gaps and opportunities for improvement  Write product requirements, epics and user stories  Work closely with engineering teams on scope, trade-offs and delivery planning  Support go-to-market activities together with product marketing and customer-facing teams  Monitor KPIs related to adoption, retention, engagement and business impact  Drive product improvements based on customer and business feedback  Communicate product direction, roadmap updates and priorities to stakeholders  Participate in customer meetings, industry events and market analysis initiatives

## Kogo szukamy

3–7+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS, DaaS or software products  Experience owning a product roadmap or product area end-to-end  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills  Experience working closely with engineering and cross-functional teams  Ability to balance customer needs, technical constraints and business priorities  Experience using product analytics and customer feedback in decision-making  Strong communication and stakeholder management skills  Professional level of English
