Fluency in Dutch (C1) and good command of English (B2 or higher)    Minimum 2 years of experience in Financial Analysis, Reporting, FP&A, or a similar analytical role    Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and advanced reporting functions    Experience in financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis    Ability to interpret financial data and identify trends, risks, and opportunities    Experience working with ERP systems and financial reporting tools    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills    Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets    Good communication skills and experience collaborating with business stakeholders    Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

We are looking for a Financial Analyst with Dutch to support financial reporting, performance analysis, and business decision-making processes. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience working with financial data, and the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.     Preparing and analyzing financial reports, dashboards, and performance metrics    Supporting forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning activities    Performing variance analysis and identifying key trends and business drivers    Monitoring financial performance and providing insights to support decision-making    Analyzing large datasets and ensuring accuracy and consistency of financial information    Preparing presentations and reports for internal stakeholders    Collaborating with finance and business teams across different markets    Supporting process improvement initiatives and reporting optimization projects
