## Opis stanowiska

As a recruitment company, DCG understands that every business is powered by experienced professionals. Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for:   IT Support/Analyst with English   The position is   fully remote   or hybrid with 5 days per month in Poznań if you prefer. The   first day is on-site,   as I’d like to hand over the equipment and introduce you to the team. ;)    The onboarding for new employees takes place on   July 1st, and this is the only possible start date  . Therefore, we are looking only for candidates who are available to start at that time. :)   Recruitment process:    Short screening call with the recruiter    AI-based language assessment    Soft-skills and technical interview with the client, followed by a final decision    Daily work consists mainly of:    Taking customer calls – approximately 70% of the workload    Back-office tasks (emails, chat, backlog management) – approximately 30% of the workload
