## Opis stanowiska

Lead client interaction, documentation issuance, review, and system setups for comprehensive account opening.  Manage a team of individuals  Develop new work procedures, analyze complex issues, and drive continuous process and workflow improvements.  Manage day-to-day account opening and maintenance processes, ensuring timely, accurate delivery and high-quality client service.  Initiate and oversee project management within account services, fostering robust cross-functional relationships.  Provide guidance, coaching, and training to junior staff, enriching team skill sets and optimizing productivity.  Monitor client satisfaction and service levels, offering innovative solutions and ensuring adherence to client requirements.  Proactively assess and mitigate risks in all business decisions, safeguarding the firm's reputation and ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.

## Kogo szukamy

10 years of experience in documentation review, account maintenance, and related cash products, with a preference for client onboarding.  Team management experience  Possesses strong analytical skills to filter, prioritize, and validate complex information from multiple sources.  Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders.  Proven project management capabilities, including financial cost management.  Ability to evaluate and resolve moderately complex and variable issues with substantial departmental impact.  Proficient in English, Arabic and French (written and spoken).  Adept at assessing risk, ensuring compliance, ethical judgment, and transparently managing control issues.
