## Opis stanowiska

In Cyclad we work with top international IT companies in order to boost their potential in delivering outstanding, cutting edge technologies that shape the world of the future. Our customer is the leader in consulting, technology services and digital transformation. As an  IT Support Agent with German , you will be responsible for assisting German-speaking customers by providing high-quality technical support and ensuring efficient problem resolution.    Location: Katowice, Lublin, Opole -> hybrid model of working in one the locations (2 visits in the office per week)    Working hours: Mon-Fr -> business hours or 24/7 support    Type of project: IT Support/Service Desk    Languages: German & English

## Kogo szukamy

Very good knowledge of German & English (B2/C1 levels)  Strong communication and problem-solving skills  Previous experience in IT support or helpdesk is an advantage (but not required)
