## Opis stanowiska

Tax Compliance & Reporting    Prepare, review, and validate direct and indirect tax calculations (VAT, CIT, WHT)  Support statutory filings and ensure compliance with European & EMEA regulations  Manage tax data, reconciliations, and audit documentation  Identify discrepancies and support resolution with relevant stakeholders  Collaborate with client tax and finance teams to ensure end-to-end process accuracy    Tax Transformation & Process Improvement    Analyze existing tax processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation  Support the design of future-state tax operating models and controls  Contribute to process documentation, SOPs, and transformation roadmaps  Lead or co-lead workstreams within broader transformation initiatives    Technology-Enabled Tax    Work with ERP tax modules and reporting tools to improve efficiency  Validate tax logic, system configurations, and data inputs  Support workshops to gather and define tax technology requirements  Contribute to the development of tools, templates, and tax accelerators    Stakeholder Management & Consulting    Prepare materials for client meetings, workshops, and design sessions  Collaborate with international stakeholders across tax, finance, and shared services  Support pre-sales activities and proposal development
