Development of creative concepts that make brands stand out on TikTok & beyond.  Support in building social media creative strategies that are innovative and relevant while aligning with best practices on TikTok, Meta, and Snap.  Stay on top of viral SM trends to help inform our content strategies.  Assist in discovering and working with content creators to bring brand stories to life.  Keep an eye on industry trends, cultural moments, and social media shifts to ensure our content stays fresh and relevant.  Contribute to the creation of fun, authentic, and engaging social media content that resonates with audiences  Work closely with our dynamic and talented team to deliver creative assets that surpass benchmarks  Develop high-quality, engaging, platform-first, and brand-consistent copy for social media posts, on-screen text, and voiceovers.  Clearly and creatively articulate ideas through sharp, engaging scripts in both English and Polish, with strong attention to executional details.

## Kogo szukamy

1-2 years of experience in social media content creation, marketing, or a related field.  Passionate about TikTok – You know the trends, and what makes content go viral.  Creative & Strategic Thinker – You love brainstorming ideas and have a strong sense of storytelling.  Strong Communicator – Your English skills are solid (min C1 level).  Eager to Learn & Grow – You’re ready to gain hands-on experience working with global brands.
