## Opis stanowiska

Co-create and design key visuals and visual directions for brands and campaigns.  Translate strategy, insights, and trends into a clear and consistent visual language.  Prepare moodboards, concepts, and presentations for internal teams and clients.  Ensure visual consistency across all brand touchpoints.  Support the creative team in working within a cohesive visual world.  Present and, when needed, defend creative concepts to clients.  Create assets and animations using AI-powered tools.

## Kogo szukamy

Art Director / Senior Designer / Brand Designer with proven experience.  Background in working on campaigns, key visuals, rebrands, or launches.  Strong understanding of DTC brand aesthetics and digital communication.  Ability to connect design, branding, and communication effectiveness.  High proficiency in design tools (Adobe, Figma, or similar) and confidence in visual concept development.  High agency and ownership mindset with the ability to proactively identify and solve visual challenges.  Systemic, holistic approach to brand building.  Ability to synthesize insights, data, and feedback into clear visual decisions.  Motivation to create original formats and develop distinctive brand worlds.
