## Opis stanowiska

Lead integration projects following mergers and acquisitions across systems and organisational structures   Define and implement integration standards, frameworks, and governance models  Coordinate alignment of processes, systems (including ERP), and teams  Drive change management initiatives to support smooth organisational transitions  Ensure consistency of organisational identity while integrating new entities  Identify risks related to integration and proactively manage mitigation strategies  Collaborate with senior stakeholders across business and IT  Structure and optimise processes in a rapidly growing organisation  Ensure delivery of measurable outcomes in complex transformation initiatives

## Kogo szukamy

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in M&A, transformation, or integration projects   Proven experience in post-merger integration (PMI) environments  Strong background in change management and organisational transformation  Understanding of system integration challenges (ERP/SAP knowledge is a plus)  Experience working in large, complex organisations  Ability to structure processes and bring clarity in dynamic environments  Strong stakeholder management and communication skills  High level of ownership, accountability, and delivery focus  Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or change management
