## Opis stanowiska

Managing and coordinating payroll processes for Belgium  Reviewing payroll inputs and ensuring data accuracy  Supporting payroll vendors and monitoring payroll compliance  Handling payroll-related queries from employees and stakeholders  Supporting month-end and payroll reporting activities  Cooperating closely with HR, Benefits, Compensation and Finance teams

## Kogo szukamy

2–3+ years of experience in Belgian payroll  Fluent English and Dutch  Experience in payroll operations or payroll coordination  Strong attention to detail and customer-oriented mindset  Experience in international environment / SSC / BPO will be an advantage  Knowledge of Workday, ServiceNow or payroll systems is a plus
