## Opis stanowiska

End-to-End Deal & Portfolio Management:  Lead the execution of complex client onboarding portfolios and standard deals using project management methodologies to enhance the onboarding experience.   Cross-Functional Coordination:  Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for clients and internal partners (Sales, Product, Tech, Legal, Risk). Lead implementation teams and chair Steering Committee meetings.   Planning & Scope Control:  Develop customized project plans (deliverables, milestones, critical path) and strictly manage project scope via change control processes.   Governance & Quality:  Establish project governance models ensuring strict adherence to defined quality standards and internal best practices.   Efficiency & Revenue Acceleration:  Reduce implementation cycle times, minimize deal slippage, and accelerate revenue conversion.   Reporting & Escalation:  Maintain project metrics (MIS), accurately report status, effectively escalate "on hold" or slow-moving deals, and provide updates to senior management.

5-8 years of relevant experience  Wide organizational knowledge and cross-functional team work experience to deliver multi-work stream projects.  Communication and presentation skills to command senior client and senior internal stakeholder meetings (Steering Committees).  Excellent Leadership skills; ability to promote team building and develop partnerships with other teams.  Self-starter and ability to take initiative in driving projects forward.  Excellent organizational and planning skills.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Including customer interaction and management skills. Negotiation and decision making/problem solving skills.
