## Opis stanowiska

Lead high-stakes projects end-to-end — from framing the challenge to launch readiness.  Structure complexity into actionable plans (using frameworks like the Project Pyramid).  Manage and align diverse stakeholders — C-level executives, ministries, enterprise teams.  Navigate politics: knowing when to negotiate, compromise, or stand firm.  Bridge business, design, and technology — speaking the language of each.  Guard the design vision against organizational chaos — ensuring it reaches users intact.  Collaborate with stream leaders, researchers, designers, and developers to deliver measurable impact.

## Kogo szukamy

Solid background in UX and/or UI design (craft foundations are non-negotiable).  Experience with large-scale projects (enterprise platforms, government services, or complex corporate ecosystems).  Strong business literacy — ability to connect design decisions to strategy.  Excellent facilitation, communication, and storytelling skills.  Resilience and calmness under pressure.  Proficiency in English (C1/C2); additional languages are a plus.
