## Opis stanowiska

Create and manage work orders based on client requirements and team capacity  Prepare compelling business proposals based on client needs and profitability calculations  Proactively manage delivery timelines and ensure smooth order processing  Identify upsell opportunities and think strategically about expanding our partnerships

## Kogo szukamy

Minimum 3+ years in project management, preferably within a digital agency or tech environment delivering products involving UX/UI design, development, and research  Middle East Focus: Must have prior experience working directly with clients from the Middle East (MENA region) and a solid understanding of the business culture  Strong familiarity with project management software, especially Jira and time-tracking tools (experience with Productive is a plus). Solid understanding of modern technology capabilities and constraints  Proficiency in both written and spoken Polish and English (C1/C2 level). Excellent communication skills to manage client expectations and align internal teams  Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams of 10-15 members with a product-focused mindset. You take full responsibility for project execution and are a proactive, solution-oriented problem solver  A knack for identifying business opportunities and a strong understanding of budget management, profitability, and reporting
