## Opis stanowiska

Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements  Translate business needs into clear user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria  Collaborate with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, Developers, and Data teams  Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews  Analyze business processes and identify optimization opportunities  Support product delivery throughout the entire lifecycle  Ensure alignment between business objectives, user needs, and technical solutions

## Kogo szukamy

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst (preferably in digital/IT/consulting projects)  Product management or technical background  Experience in digital product development (web/mobile)  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills  Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments  Ability to clearly document requirements (user stories, BPMN/UML, process maps)  Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills  Very good command of English, and Polish (spoken and written)  Proactive mindset and ownership of delivered outcomes
