## Opis stanowiska

In Cyclad we work with top international IT companies in order to boost their potential in delivering outstanding, cutting edge technologies that shape the world of the future. Currently, we are looking for n experienced Senior Workday Consultant to join our team and support clients in designing, implementing, and optimizing Workday solutions across key HR processes. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, lead complex functional and technical initiatives, and ensure high-quality delivery throughout all project phases.  You will collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders, facilitate workshops, mentor junior consultants, and drive continuous improvements within Workday environments.

## Kogo szukamy

Proven experience as a Workday Consultant, including senior-level project involvement.  Strong knowledge of Workday HCM and related modules.  Experience with Workday configuration, testing, and deployment activities.  Ability to lead workshops and communicate effectively with stakeholders at different levels.  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  Experience in HR process analysis and optimization.  Excellent documentation and presentation skills.  Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.  Strong command of English, both written and spoken.  Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members is an advantage.
