## Opis stanowiska

Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the area or function.  Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area.  Evaluates moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact.  Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources.  Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required.  Regularly assumes informal/formal leadership role within teams.  Involved in coaching and training of new recruits.  Significant impact in terms of project size, geography, etc. by influencing decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating services to others in area of specialization.

## Kogo szukamy

Proven Business Analysis experience with a solid understanding of industry standard best practices and techniques.  Experience of working with life Assurance and/ asset management clients, on a variety of fund vehicles (e.g. OEICs, Unit-linked, Segregated etc).  In depth knowledge of market instruments and conventions.  Understanding of end-to-end Fund.  Experience of fund accounting and fund accounting platforms (desirable).  Knowledge of accounting operating models (preferred).  In depth analytical skills, able to work and manipulate data sets, draw conclusions, create reports etc.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability translate requirements and communicate with a wide audience.  Solid presentational skills.  Ability to define clear solutions.  Must be flexible in approach to work content and responsibilities.
