## Opis stanowiska

Process all payment flow ensuring high accuracy and efficiency  Evaluate and recommend solutions to problems through data analysis, technical experience, and precedent  Suggest operational improvements  Proactively anticipate and respond to deliverables requests from internal and external Stakeholders  Actively contribute to and collaborate on operations projects  Develop a comprehensive understanding of operations and its interdependencies within the organization  Appropriately assess risk in business decisions, driving compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and escalating control issues with transparency

## Kogo szukamy

Banking/relevant experience will be an advantage  Bachelor’s/University degree preferred  SWIFT knowledge will be an asset  Effective communication in both written and spoken English  Analytical skills combined with strong attention to detail  Ability to work against tight deadlines, manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment, and multitask effectively  Readiness to work in different work shifts, including public holidays on a rotational basis
