Developing, maintaining, and optimizing R/Python code for new features and tools  Challenging the status quo and offering new ways of approaching actuarial processes  Creating fast and efficient systems that will stand the test of time  Collaborating closely with a team of actuarial experts from all over the UK, jointly transforming capital processes by removing effort and reducing the time taken to perform the process  Embedding change initiatives, ensuring solutions are fully documented, tested, and business readiness criteria is met  Supporting the testing team in dealing with queries and fixes

## Kogo szukamy

Knowledge of R and/or Python  Familiarity with popular development frameworks like Shiny App Development framework for interactive web applications using R programming language (nice to have)  Problem-solving skills for debugging code issues quickly and efficiently and finding innovative solutions to problems  Written and verbal English communication skills  Able to express concisely and transparently technical concepts to a non-expert audience  Disability certificate
