2+ years of experience as a recruiter  A proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic, high-growth environment, meeting ambitious timelines and KPIs  Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and hiring managers  Business acumen with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new domains, supporting cross-functional recruitment efforts  Solid organisational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills  Familiarity with ATS and recruitment analytics tools  Great problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail  High ambition, self-motivation, and a passion about our vision  Exceptional communication skills  Fluency in English
