## Opis stanowiska

Lead and coordinate the resolution of critical service-impacting incidents within operational technology environments    Drive incident calls, coordinate stakeholders and ensure timely service restoration activities    Work closely with engineering teams, operations teams and external vendors during major incidents    Manage communication, escalations and governance throughout the incident lifecycle    Analyse incident trends and identify opportunities to improve operational stability and response processes    Support post-incident reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives    Ensure operational standards, procedures and service management practices are followed consistently    Collaborate with global teams operating across different regions and time zones    Support on-call and high-priority operational activities where required

## Kogo szukamy

Strong experience in Incident Management within enterprise technology environments  Ability to coordinate crisis situations and manage priorities under pressure  Technical understanding of infrastructure, networks or telecom environments would be beneficial  Knowledge of ITIL processes and service operations best practices  Strong communication and stakeholder management skills  Ability to work collaboratively across technical and business teams  Problem-solving mindset with focus on operational improvement and service stability  Experience working in global operational or support environments is an advantage
