## Opis stanowiska

Monitor and support enterprise network and telecom infrastructure across global environments    Troubleshoot connectivity and infrastructure-related issues to minimise service disruption    Work closely with engineering teams and external vendors to restore services efficiently    Support incident resolution processes and escalate issues where required    Analyse operational data and identify opportunities for proactive improvements    Contribute to infrastructure stability, monitoring standards and operational best practices    Participate in global support activities within distributed teams across multiple time zones    Assist with service optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives

## Kogo szukamy

Good understanding of network infrastructure, telecom technologies and connectivity concepts  Knowledge of network topologies, protocols and operational support processes  Experience working within ITIL or Agile environments would be an advantage  Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills  Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and external providers  Strong communication skills and willingness to work in dynamic support environments  Openness to learning new technologies and operational tools
