## Opis stanowiska

Executing end-to-end talent management processes including IT recruiting, onboarding and offboarding activities. And occasionally support on training, development, internal mobility    Managing vacancies in Poland as well as in other European countries: publication, candidate coordination, interview scheduling, and communication with hiring managers and evaluators    Supporting recruitment processes by assessing cultural fit and alignment with business needs    Ensuring smooth onboarding experiences and handling associated documentation and administrative processes    Identifying training and development needs during recruitment and onboarding phases, recommending appropriate learning solutions from the internal training catalog    Applying compensation and benefits policies during candidate offer processes    Ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment between people operations and business objectives
