## Opis stanowiska

We are building a talent pool of experienced Data Scientists who would like to collaborate with Kyotu Technology on upcoming projects.  Our work focuses on developing data-driven solutions across areas such as predictive analytics, machine learning, and data processing. We are looking for professionals who enjoy working with data end-to-end, from exploration and modeling to deployment and optimization.  Depending on the project, you may work on building ML models, analyzing complex datasets, or supporting product teams with data-driven insights. We value curiosity, strong analytical thinking, and a practical approach to problem-solving.  You will have the opportunity to join experienced teams working in Agile environments, where ownership, collaboration, and high-quality solutions are highly valued.

## Kogo szukamy

🚀 Must haves    minimum 5 years of experience in Data Science or related roles  strong proficiency in Python  experience with data analysis and data manipulation (e.g. Pandas, NumPy)  experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g. scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)  experience in building and evaluating ML models  experience working with databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, BigQuery, Snowflake)  understanding of statistics and data modeling  experience in data visualization (e.g. Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly)  ability to translate business problems into data solutions  high level of independence and analytical thinking  good communication skills and team orientation  English at B2 level    ✨ Nice to have    experience with MLOps tools and practices  experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP)  familiarity with data pipelines and ETL processes  experience with big data tools (e.g. Spark, Hadoop)  knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems  basic knowledge of software engineering practices
