## Opis stanowiska

🚀 About the project   We are looking for a strong Senior Fullstack Developer to join an ongoing FinTech project.  The project focuses on building a platform that improves collaboration and relationship management between lenders and brokers. It is a product-oriented environment with continuous development, including new features, maintenance, and onboarding of new clients.  You will join a team working on a production system, where scalability, performance, and clean architecture are key.   🧠  Your responsibilities    design, develop, and maintain fullstack applications  build and extend backend services using Node.js  develop frontend features   collaborate on architecture and technical decisions  ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of the system  write clean, maintainable, and high-quality code  contribute to feature development, maintenance, and product improvements

## Kogo szukamy

🧩  Must haves    minimum 7 years of commercial experience in software development  strong experience with Node.js  strong experience with React, Next.js or Angular  very good knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript  experience working with MongoDB  experience with cloud environments (preferably AWS)  experience working on production systems  strong understanding of software architecture and best practices  high level of independence and ownership  very good communication skills   ✨ Nice to have   experience with deployment platforms (e.g. Render)  experience in FinTech projects
