## Opis stanowiska

You will: 
 
 Design and implement new features across web and native user interfaces. 
 Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code using modern frontend technologies and fixing bugs 
 Collaborate with product, design, business stakeholders, and backend teams to deliver seamless, high-quality user experiences. 
 Contribute to the core codebase and supporting infrastructure. 
 Participate in code reviews to uphold high engineering standards and best practices. 
 Optimize application performance, accessibility, and cross-platform compatibility. 
 Research and experiment with emerging technologies, frameworks, and development patterns. 
 Stay up to date with industry trends and introduce new ideas to enhance team efficiency and product quality. 
 Develop and maintain reusable, scalable UI components for our unified design system. 
 Ensure visual and functional consistency across web and native platforms, with a focus on accessibility. 
 Stay current with internal tools, technologies, and programming languages. 
 Share knowledge through documentation, peer learning, and collaborative sessions.

## Kogo szukamy

Requirements:    Knowledge/Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Frontend Engineer  Previous experience working in cross functional teams  Strong experience with clean code practices and testing  Experience building scalable frontend architectures  Familiarity with logging, monitoring, and debugging tools (e.g., Sentry)  Background in mobile development (React Native)  Deployment and DevOps experience is a plus  End-to-end testing expertise using tools like Playwright, or WebdriveIO to validate real-world user scenarios  Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools to ship high-quality code faster.    Technical Skills:    React.js 18+  Next.js 14+ (server-side rendering, App Router)  React Native (nice to have)  HTML, CSS, TypeScript  Styled Components, Tailwind  State Management Libraries (e.g., Redux, Jotai)  Storybook  Feature flag tools (e.g., GrowthBook)  AWS, Docker, Kubernetes  GitHub Actions, Cloudflare Pages    Personal attributes:    Independent and Collaborative  Communicative: Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.
