Full digital marketing ownership  from strategy to execution and optimisation across LinkedIn, website, SEO, webinars and paid campaigns   Brand and demand growth  through content, paid channels and inbound tactics   Content production  for LinkedIn, website, campaigns and webinars; create basic visuals and short videos   Website optimisation  including messaging, structure and conversion performance   Lead webinars and paid campaigns  including launch, optimisation and performance tracking   Use modern tools  including automation and AI to improve output   Manage external partners  such as freelancers and agencies when required   Work with leadership  to align marketing with commercial priorities and measure pipeline impact

Proven experience leading and executing B2B digital marketing  Track record in content, growth, demand generation and digital channels  Hands-on with LinkedIn, website marketing, SEO, webinars and paid campaigns  Can build, write, launch, test and iterate independently  Able to create basic visuals and short-form video  Experience in fast paced high ownership environments  Knowledge of modern marketing tools, automation and AI  Excellent written English  Comfortable working remotely
