## Opis stanowiska

Provide first-line IT support in a global environment, ensuring reliable and efficient assistance for end users across multiple locations. Focus on delivering high-quality technical support while maintaining a strong customer service experience.       Deliver on-site and remote technical support for end users    Resolve incidents and service requests via ticketing systems, phone, and email    Troubleshoot, configure, and deploy hardware and software (PCs, laptops, Macs, mobile devices, printers)    Support Microsoft 365, Windows, macOS, and basic network services (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)    Maintain accurate documentation in ticketing systems and knowledge bases    Manage IT assets, inventory, and assist with procurement processes    Escalate complex issues to appropriate technical teams or vendors when required    Participate in IT projects, deployments, and infrastructure support activities    Contribute to improving support procedures and documentation

+2 years of experience    Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills    Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment    Excellent communication and customer service skills    Ability to work independently as well as in a team    Proactive and self-driven approach to tasks and learning    Experience in supporting Windows and macOS environments and enterprise IT
