Knowledge, experience, and skills specific to the role: experience working with an owner or founder; if none, minimum 8 years of HR experience, preferably as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, HR Generalist and similar roles, with hands-on involvement in key HR processes including performance management, organizational culture, recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, and leadership development experience in consulting and running your own business is a strong advantage knowledge and understanding of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and startup environments fluency in Polish is a must Intrapersonal competencies: advanced problem-solving skills that demonstrate clear value to clients ability to prioritize and adapt quickly to client needs, resilience: mental toughness, perseverance, and rapid recovery from challenges dealing with ambiguity: taking effective action without complete information growth mindset: embracing challenges, learning from criticism, self-reflective feedback skills: adapting behavior based on insights.
