## Opis stanowiska

Administration of SharePoint farms and Sharepoint Online and other related services    Maintenance of SharePoint servers    Acting as 2nd line of support, processing related tickets for SharePoint farms in different environments (production, testing, development)    Troubleshooting reported incidents and problems and updating status of open requests in the ticketing system in a timely manner    Architecting long term changes to the SharePoint platforms    Liaising with other administrators and harmonizing solutions and processes    Contribution to specifications for solutions based on SharePoint platform from systems point of view    Liaising with developer teams in aligning topologies and configuration of SharePoint platforms according to the need of the project    Running deployments of solutions delivered by developers    Maintenance of system documentation    Participate in the development of documentation for new solutions    Reporting on activities    Other specific duties as assigned by supervisor

## Kogo szukamy

Minimum  8 years of IT experience , including  5+ years in a similar role    Bachelor’s degree    English level B2  (certificate or willingness to take an exam)  Strong hands-on experience with  SharePoint administration, optimization, troubleshooting, patching, and managing complex distributed SharePoint farms   Experience with  SharePoint Hybrid/O365, IIS solutions, ShareGate Migration Tool, GetOrganized ECM, and .sppkg deployments   Very good knowledge of  Microsoft 365 : SharePoint Online, OneDrive, MS Teams, Azure AD, Azure Logic Apps, Exchange, and basic Microsoft systems administration  Knowledge of  OIDC/SAML 2.0 authentication, SSL certificates, metadata exchange, and Active Directory tiering   Experience working in  restricted environments  and  ITIL-based processes  (ticketing, change, release, configuration management)  Strong  troubleshooting and analytical skills  in large-scale distributed systems   Proactive team player  with strong communication skills for both technical and business stakeholders  Relevant  Microsoft certifications  (e.g. Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert, Azure Administrator Associate, SharePoint certifications) or equivalent
