## Opis stanowiska

Your key responsibilities     Taking ownership of the test processes at the production team level.    Leading testers to ensure the implementation and continuous improvement of effective testing practices.    Collaborating with stakeholders throughout all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from approach to risk management, to achieve project and client objectives.    Completing assigned tasks on time and providing regular status updates.     Skills and attributes for success     Willingness to learn and improve skills in software testing    Proactivity and responsibility for deliverables    Openness to new ways of working and various cultures

## Kogo szukamy

To qualify for the role, you must have     Hands-on experience in Front-End test automation, preferably with Playwright    3–7 years of focused experience in Test Automation    Proven track record in designing, building, and maintaining test automation frameworks from scratch, including defining robust test automation architecture    Understanding of modern engineering practices, including CI/CD, test-driven development (TDD), and behaviour-driven development (BDD)    Solid programming skills in Java ( or C#, Python), enabling development of scalable automation solutions    Experience integrating automation code with test management tools    Ability to mentor, guide, and support other test automation engineers    English communication level B2+, suitable for collaboration in globally distributed teams    Availability for occasional travel to client locations     Ideally, you’ll also have     ISTQB Foundation    Experience in Financial or Insurance industry    Experience with managing test and testy management tools (Azure DevOps, jira, CI/CD, TDD, BDD
