## Opis stanowiska

Responsibilities     Administration and development of Windows Server environments (2019–2025).    Management and maintenance of Microsoft 365, Azure, and Intune services.    Administration of Active Directory / LDAP and Group Policy (GPO) management    Automation of administrative processes using PowerShell (and other scripting languages)    Maintenance and development of virtual environments (VMware / Hyper-V)    Troubleshooting complex system issues in hybrid environments (on-prem + cloud)    Participation in global deployments and rollouts of new technologies    Creating standards, procedures, and recommending system improvements    Supporting hardware and software selection processes    Collaboration with technical teams and mentoring junior team members    Participation in IT projects and technical coordination

## Kogo szukamy

Requirements     Microsoft Certifications (MCSE)  or equivalent certification in relevant programs desired.  Advanced knowledge of  Windows Server (2019 – 2025) .  Advanced knowledge of  Microsoft Application Servers  and technologies Microsoft modern management experience.  A solid understanding of core networking, operating systems and troubleshooting concepts.  Advanced knowledge of  Group Policy  design and configuration. Advanced knowledge of  Microsoft 365/Office 365/ Azure/ Intune  expertise (MS Cloud) with all services required.  Advanced knowledge of scripting languages like  PowerShell, Bash,  or  Python  for automation tasks.  Experience in global deployments and rollouts of new technologies is a plus.  A good understanding of core networking, operating systems and troubleshooting concepts.  Advanced knowledge of  Active Directory/LDAP  user and group administration.  Experience with virtualization technologies like  VMware  or  Hyper-V.   Knowledge and some experience in AI areas like machine learning, AI engineering, Data engineering/scientist is in plus   English skills (B2 level a minimum) .
