🧠 Your responsibilities   define and drive test strategy across the project  oversee performance and quality assurance processes  communicate with stakeholders and report to the client  define testing standards, tools, and best practices  support and mentor QA team members  ensure high-quality delivery in a complex environment

## Kogo szukamy

🧩 Must haves   strong experience in test automation  experience in defining test strategies  experience with performance and load testing  hands-on experience with Python  experience with JavaScript (for k6) or Java (for JMeter)  experience with load testing tools (e.g. Apache JMeter, k6)  experience with test automation frameworks (e.g. Robot Framework)  experience working with CI/CD pipelines  high level of ownership and leadership mindset   English at B2 level or higher   ✨ Nice to have   experience in security-related projects  experience leading QA teams
