## Opis stanowiska

Responsibilities:   Design, implement and optimize automation processes using CI/CD technologies and best practices  Explore and integrate AI-driven solutions to support self-healing platform capabilities  Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation for engineers, architects and end users  Collaborate within a SAFe SCRUM environment to deliver scalable and reliable solutions  Provide advanced troubleshooting and system administration support across Windows environments  Drive innovation and propose improvements to existing systems and processes  Support configuration management and infrastructure automation initiatives  Ensure consistency and reliability across platform components and environments   Offer:   Private medical care  Co-financing for the sports card  Constant support of dedicated consultant  Employee referral program

## Kogo szukamy

Requirements:   Minimum 7 years of experience in Windows engineering, system administration or similar roles  Strong experience in Windows Server environments  Advanced scripting skills, especially in PowerShell  Hands-on experience with Ansible and Ansible Tower  Experience with configuration management tools such as SCCM  Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices (e.g. Bamboo, Bitbucket, Packer)  Proficiency with Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)  Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments (SAFe preferred)  Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills  Ability to produce clear and structured technical documentation  Fluency in English (both written and spoken)    Nice to have:    Experience with VMware virtualization technologies  Knowledge of networking concepts (DNS, general network configuration)  Experience with Active Directory and GPOs  Exposure to cloud platforms and architectures  Experience in financial sector environments  Background in development roles within Windows ecosystems
