Operations Business Analyst

We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join the Securities Services Operations (SSO) Change Department. In this role, you will support the onboarding and redesign of operational processes and workflows for internal initiatives as well as client-driven projects.

• Min. 1 year of experience in operational improvements within financial institutions (e.g., Lean, process reengineering)
• Understanding of financial markets and securities operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
• Very good command of English (spoken and written)
• Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills
• Solid analytical skills and problem-solving mindset
• Experience working with external clients in Securities Services (nice to have)
• Basic knowledge of MS Visio, Power BI, and SQL is a strong asset

• Analyze existing processes and design solutions responding to operational or client requirements
• Prepare business requirements, create testing scripts, and perform testing activities
• Collaborate closely with Product, Technology, Operations, and external clients to ensure alignment with strategic goals
• Escalate potential project risks proactively
• Challenge existing processes and propose improvements or innovative solutions
• Conduct root cause analysis of recurring operational issues
• Handle ad-hoc queries and operational requests
• Contribute to creation and maintenance of project plans
• Participate actively in team initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
