## Opis stanowiska

Your role:  As a Business Systems Analyst, you will:   gather, analyze, and document  business and system requirements   translate business needs into  functional specifications and user stories   collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams across the full SDLC  support delivery by ensuring  alignment between business goals and system capabilities   perform  gap analysis  and propose improvements to existing processes and systems  participate in Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement    This is a delivery-focused BA role (not a PM/PO position).   Tech & tools:   Jira / Confluence (or similar)  Miro / BPMN / UML tools  Excel (data analysis, reporting)   Figma – nice to have    What you get:   fully remote work (Poland or Italy)  long-term project (12 months+)  international environment  exposure to  large-scale systems and complex integrations

## Kogo szukamy

Requirements:   3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst  strong understanding of  SDLC and Agile methodologies   experience working with  technical teams (developers, QA)   ability to translate business needs into clear documentation  strong communication and stakeholder management skills  fluent English   Nice to have   experience in  regulated industries  (gaming, fintech, telecom)  experience working with  complex or high-scale systems
