## Opis stanowiska

Set technical strategy and lead team-level technical roadmap and execution.  Design, develop and launch backend systems and integrations for capital partner funding and deal reporting.  Build services, integrations and testing infrastructure to power loan funding workflows.  Collaborate with product, design and analytics to manage technical risks and trade-offs.  Ensure team operations: monitoring, triage rotations, playbooks, testing and alerting for on-call availability.  Define and enforce code review and design standards; present technical proposals and tech talks.

## Kogo szukamy

7+ years designing, developing and launching backend systems at scale.  Strong experience with Python (or Kotlin) for backend development.  Knowledge of Spark (required).  Experience with AWS, MySQL and Kubernetes.  Experience delivering major features or deprecations with technical and execution plans.  Comfortable across low level code and large system architecture.  Experience with monitoring, reliability and on-call processes.  Strong verbal and written communication.
