## Opis stanowiska

Requirements:   Minimum 4 years of commercial experience as a Product Owner (in a minimum of 2 projects)  Minimum 2 years of experience as a developer / tech lead / engineering manager in the backend area  Skills in working with technical teams at the architecture level and technical trade-offs (e.g. connecting dependencies between system components)  Experience in setting priorities at the intersection of Dev / Business / DevOps  Fluent command of the Polish language in speech and writing  Technical education   Additional advantages:   Knowledge of trading systems, as well as systems operating with low latencies (e.g. High Frequency Trading, Real Time Bidding)
