## Opis stanowiska

You will     Provide leadership and mentorship to the team, supporting them in delivering successful projects and solutions.    Design, build, and support services, microservices, and applications (back-end & front-end) using technologies such as Java 11/17/21 and ReactJS, while maintaining and enhancing existing standard products.    Drive cost and complexity reduction by migrating legacy systems (mainframe, IBM WebSphere) to modern architectures based on APIs and microservices.    Improve testing efficiency and reduce testing costs by implementing and expanding test automation frameworks.    Increase Straight-Through-Processing (STP) capabilities across services to improve automation and operational efficiency.

## Kogo szukamy

Must have     At least   10 years of professional experience  .    At least   3 years’ experience as a Lead  .    Database technologies and   SQL   are essential;   Oracle   preferred.    A working understanding of   RESTful microservices and APIs   is essential.    Kubernetes is required, Git is required.     Nice to have     Java 11+ essential, Java 17+ preferable.    Knowledge of Spring/Spring Boot is desirable.    Having worked in a DevOps delivery team is preferable.    HTTP Web technologies, JavaScript, React, preferably
