Requirements:   Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on technical experience working as a DevOps Engineer  1-2 years of demonstrated experience in people management  Significant development experience with the following: Python, Groovy, Bash  Deep knowledge and experience in cloud infrastructure such as AWS (strongly preferred) , Azure, or Google Cloud  Experience with Containers and Orchestrators (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, etc.)  Experience with CI/CD Tools and IaC languages (e.g. Jenkins, Git, Terraform, etc.)  Experience with building the full application release cycle (CI/CD).  Experience with being a power user of AI and building AI-based automations.  Knowledge of operating system administration (Both windows and linux)  Excellent design and analytical skills  Creative troubleshooting skills and out-of-the-box thinking  Experience aligning expectations across multiple stakeholders at multiple levels of the business.  Strong communication skills, team player  Open-minded and creative - a problem-solver.  Fluent in English, good writing skills.   Additional advantages:   Experience with MCP, AWS Bedrock, Agentic AI, or RAG solutions.  BA/BS in Computer Science  Experience in testing methodologies and developing tests (e.g Unit tests, integration tests, system tests)
