## Opis stanowiska

You’ll help build the environments that shape how future AI systems are trained, evaluated, and aligned - and collaborate with world-class engineers and researchers on one of the most important technical challenges of our time.    Job Description    Design and deploy large-scale fault-tolerant AI inference services and distributed systems for real-time agents.  Develop RL environments and continuous learning/online optimization systems for production.  Orchestrate foundational models using LangChain and related tools; implement prompting, agent design, RAG workflows.  Architect microservices and asynchronous messaging solutions (Kafka, Azure ServiceBus) for high-volume real-time interactions.  Ensure scalability, reliability and observability of evaluation and optimization pipelines for AI agents.

Candidate Profile    6+ years Python software engineering  Minimum 3 years in Machine Learning or Environment Engineering  Practical experience with LangChain and AI frameworks  Reinforcement Learning experience and continuous learning systems  Prompt engineering and agent design  Microservices, distributed systems, Kafka or Azure ServiceBus  Experience translating business requirements and planning work for self or small team  Availability to work approximately 12:00 - 20:00 (client time zone)
