## Opis stanowiska

Requirements:   Minimum 1-2 years of experience in managing a development team and a minimum of 6-7 years of practical experience in software development (full software lifecycle).  Skills in organizing work in Agile methodology, task delegation, enforcing deadlines, and using tools such as JIRA, Confluence.  Experience in collaborating with Product Owners, Support Managers in the development and maintenance of IT products.  Experience in designing three-tier application architectures and integrated systems, ensuring performance and meeting security requirements.  Practical knowledge of implementing CI/CD processes.  Practical familiarity and experience in programming in C#, .Net Core, EntityFramework, JavaScript frameworks, Angular, SOAP/REST technologies.  Knowledge of MSSQL databases.  English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level.

Cooperation with teams working on product development (Product Owner / Testers) - including working with task backlogs, organizing sprints, and managing change.
