Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for:    Senior Data Scientist   Responsibilities:    Developing and maintaining solutions in Power BI Service / Microsoft Fabric    Co-creating novel ideas with our stakeholders    Co-building a future Insights Data Analytics service    Working with hypothesis to prove or reject business statements    Hypothesis testing and designing statistical models    Building advanced reports/dashboards    Analysing, processing and modelling data, interpret the results to create actionable insights    Ensuring complete collection and quality of data while adhering to best data practices    Working within SAFe Scrum Team with the aligned autonomy    Offer:    Private medical care    Co-financing for the sports card    Constant support of dedicated consultant    Employee referral program

## Kogo szukamy

Requirements:    Expert in statistics, Python, T-SQL, Power Query, DAX, MS Power BI / MS Power Platform, GIT    Strong professional experience in T-SQL, DAX    Professional experience using Python for ML and data wrangling    Experience in one or more Business Intelligence tool as MS Power BI (preferred)    Deep knowledge of statistical techniques for descriptive and predictive analytics    Data mining or extracting usable data from valuable data sources    Using machine learning tools to select features, create and optimize classifiers    Excellent presentation skills    ITIL Foundation certified or proven work experience in IT Service Management    Lean-Agile trained or certified (Scrum or SAFe)    Academic degree in Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or similar    Proven work experience with minimum 2-3 years in similar role    Fluency in English (C2 level at least)
